Other the last decade, all major HEP conferences integrated outreach sessions and events. CHEP, the major conference dedicated to software and computing... was missing, until the birth of the "Universal Science"events. 

Both red suitcase and myself managed to bring 15 kilos of VR material of all kinds and connect with nice people from ATLAS, Belle, the CERN IT department and BNL. Even got CERN as co-organiser, a milestone.
